Make Money Online Sales

Does anyone know of any legitimate home based business, work at home programs or make money online?

I am currently attending a 6 month training at our local County College to become a medical assistant clinic because My husband had recently been diagnosed with cardiomyopathy and having to claim permanent disability due to his health. I am interested LEGAL something I can do part time from home to be able to help my family's financial situation and I was wondering if anyone knew something that works honestly (if some kind of proof can be provided that would be a huge plus) to provide stable cash flow, but does no sale?

There is no such thing as a free lunch. I'm not sure what benefits (if they still exist) is as the United States, but is there as "credit care" for those who have a loved one to care for? The only other way I can think of to work the house is to be a day trader, but you need money and knowledge to this and the risks can be very high. As I said no such thing as a free lunch.
